Know the rules for rentals
Each time a new lease is signed, the homeowner or property management company must submit the new tenant registration form at least two weeks before the intended move in date to alert the association. Once submitted, the tenant will receive an email invitation to register for the resident website.
Rental rules and guidelines for this community are managed by Ten Trails Association. For rental restrictions, approval requirements, or any rental-related inquiries, residents should contact the Ten Trails Association directly at hoa@tentrails.com. Leases cannot be for less than 12 months.
