The community concern form: When and why you need it

Let’s say you notice a fire pit, equipment in the fitness room not working, or something amiss in the clubhouse. What do you do? Who do you tell?

There’s a quick, easy, and fully online community concern form that’s your best bet. You’ll need to include your contact info, address, and details about your concern (photos, too, if you can).

Once you submit, a trackable ticket is created and assigned to the Regency at Ten Trails Community Life team. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away, and the team will follow up within two business days — often sooner — with details on next steps.

Why should I submit the form?

Regency at Ten Trails is a vibrant, growing community so we need everyone’s help when it comes to maintaining your neighborhood’s unique character and high-quality standards.

As a resident, you’re our eyes and ears. And you can help report community concerns that require the attention of the Community Life team.

When is the form not appropriate?

This is a biggie, because not every issue is the responsibility of the Regency at Ten Trails Owners Association.

Master association concerns

  • Compliance violations and inquiries
  • Landscape and irrigation
  • Design reviews and guidelines
Contact the Ten Trails master association to let them know there’s an issue.

County or city concerns

If a neighborhood dog likes to bark a little too often, we recommend talking to the owner first. They may not know how often or long their pup is barking. If that doesn’t resolve things, visit the King County animal control website for next steps.

For street light outages, use this from to report them to Puget Sound Energy.

It’s important to note, if you have a safety concern or feel that you or someone else may be in danger, always call 9-1-1. For all other non-emergency police concerns, call 360-851-4450.
